Chris focuses on medical malpractice litigation — representing healthcare providers including physicians, nurses, and medical personnel. He has litigated and tried malpractices cases in multiple venues including Federal Court, securing successful defense verdicts. Chris has also defended and tried general liability matters including premises liability cases to verdict.

Background

During law school, Chris participated in the Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic, representing clients across a wide range of legal matters. He also served as a law clerk at Aronberg & Kouser, PC, gaining early litigation experience. Chris Joined Blumberg & Lindner in 2007 where he quickly obtained experience in complex civil litigation. In 2014, he and his partner Jay Blumberg formed Blumberg & Wolk, LLC. In the Courtroom, Chris has been successful in defending doctors, nurses and hospitals involved in a variety of malpractice claims. Notable clients include large hospital systems, malpractice insurers and local county joint insurance funds. In addition to trial experience, Chris has argued before the New Jersey Appellate Court on a variety of issues.
